Well prepare yourselves for some picture overload. I know, I know, it is about time...but hey, I've got some good excuses! In the last few months I have been super sick, got a new computer (mac which I don't know how to use), and upgraded to photo shop which has been super daunting to learn. But hey, I'm back on the bandwagon and hopefully I will be able to do more regular posts from here on out.
Last week I was lucky enough to spend in Utah hanging out with the fam. It was SO much fun! Not only was it Easter weekend, but also Cars big #1. Holy Cow that came fast. Not only did we have a big Easter egg hunt with ALL 15 grand kids, but we ate lots of yummy food, and Car got to pig out on his first ever cupcake, and sugar for that matter. It was great. Here are some of the pics that I took...
Car and Greg chillin outside with Cars GIGANTIC SILVER 1 balloon. Too bad his nice easter pants got all dirty and we had to take em off. I spose that's what you get when you let a munchkin go crawlin across the street. Not so smart mommy! Not so smart..
Cars cake was a little extravagant. I had heard so much about these fondant cakes that I just had to try one out for myself. Turns out that they take FOREVER!! Oh well, it was fun, and now I know I can do it..
Car DID NOT like his birthday hat. As you can see in the B&W he has a tear running down his face from my meanness in making him wear it.. Poor kid. All in the name of the picture!
But at least he likes his cupcake. He didn't know quite what to do with it, so he just went face first. Hey that works right?
Ooohh, what is this deliciously sweet goodness?? Don't get to attached Car, you probably won't be having it again for some time.
Car got a few fun toys that we proceeded to lose on the way home. Oops.
I didn't get any pictures of the egg hunt dang it. But that was fun too.
Well that's about it for now. Back home in rainy Seattle and just enjoying being back on somewhat of a schedule.

Happy Birthday Buddy!! We are super glad we got to spend your very 1st b-day with you! We miss you lots, but glad we got to spend time with you last week.

Chris loves Beckett's o-ball, er, I mean Beckett loves his o-ball. Hopefully Car has fun with his new one too. A year did just fly by. I can't believe how big Car is.

Those are all so cute!! YEah we are glad you are feeling better and are back. Sorry you have been so sick! How is #2 pregnancy? I am starting it right now, and i forget how crappy you feel at first!

What an adorable party!!! Great job, beautiful cake, cute cute cute hat. Who cares if he didn't like it, because you did. And he will love to see it when he's older! That's exactly how I felt about Max's!! haha! And congrats on having a GIRL! Yay! How lucky to have one of each!
Minna- Photoshop is difficult. Still totally learning.
Heidi- I'm on medicine this time so it is easier now. No more throwing up. I threw up the entire time with Car. Yucky. No fun having the flu for 9 months straight. How exciting for you though!
PS I forgot to say that he is sitting in the same highchair that I sat in at my one year birthday party...funny eh? It has lasted through alot of kids..
