So why is it that the most random things ALWAYS happen to me... Not sure. But I suppose it makes life interesting.
Today I took a look at my stat counter and I realized that the other day I had an unusually high amount of hits on my blog. (think upwards of 900). What the? Yeah I totally don't know that many people, and I for sure don't get that many visitors every day. Not even close. So I decided to check it out. I'm quite the sneaky sleuth when I want to be. Ha Ha.
I noticed that all of these random people were coming from ONE place. So I click on the link to scope it out.
This is what I found. Go ahead, check it out. I dare you. Read all the comments though, because they will make you laugh..

To Dear Victoria: How did you find my blog?! :) Welcome! Also, please don't be jealous of my pregnancy size because as you can see, most people think I am anorexic. :) The "how are you not killing your baby comments?" can get kinda old. When your pregnant, I don't think it matters how tiny people think you are, you still feel HUGE!! Truth be told, I am six feet tall and apparently have LOTS of room for the kiddos to swim around. I was the same way with Carson and he was almost nine pounds. One perk of being an amazon woman I guess! Ha Ha. And I just have freakishly skinny genetics....been that way my whole life. I have to say though, I think you may have it better, because with my babies sitting so far inside of me, instead of out front, my organs get extra smashed, and with my first pregnancy I had really bad sciatic pain because of it. NOT FUN.
If it counts for anything, I think you look darling as a prego, and I'm sure your only getting cuter. Good luck with the little guy to come. You will LOVE it!
Sorry to all you faithful readers who have been subjected to my disgusting body in pictures! :) I will have to keep a mental note to work on that.... J/K

Erin, I just read this post and I am seriously in shock. Funny how these strangers were saying they are "not jealous" when that is exactly what they are. You are an extremely beautiful woman, are very healthy and had two healthy babies, and don't have to deal with getting super fat when pregnant. It is so true that you just can't tell how short or tall a person is from a picture so that was your obvious advantage (or disadvantage) when it comes to comments from that massive group of jealous strangers.
I can only hope to be half as lucky as you with pregnancy although I can tell you that I am not envious of your morning sickness!

Wow I have to say that some girls can be pretty pathetic... They do not even know you and I agree with jana, they are just Jealous no matter what they say. You look great and your kids are beautiful and super healthy and you are a wonderful mom! So silly, they must have nothing better to do with their time than gossip about people they do not even know.

Hi Erin- we were in the same ward back in NY. I check your blog from time to time to check out your beautiful pictures of your beautiful family. I can't believe people can be so mean about someone they don't even know. They are obviously really jealous that they can't be as skinny as you when they are pregnant. You look amazing! The internet can be really weird.

Hi Erin... you are friends w. my good friend Caitlin in New York (where I also live- you may have also been in my ward downtown for a bit as well... you look familiar). I've had a few New Yorkers tell me to check out your photos... which I have, & I love. You clearly have an an incredible innate talent... I'm jealous.
I think it's terrible that a group of also-pregnant girls would criticize another woman. I've just about had enough of girl vs. girl mean-ness. Women would do so much better if they realized the benefits of being supportive vs. cutting other women down.
I've never had anything THIS dramatic happen, but I have statcounter as well, & it sometimes gets really weird... I've teetered between being private & open, but am open now simply because I love the "community" that comes with blogging...

Creepy! I agree with everyone else...they're all way prego and just jealous they can't be healthy and thin like you. Better to say that than rip on someone they don't know though. That's pretty rude.

That was me who posted it. Earlier in the day the girls were talking about how jealous they were over another girl who was skinny in her 9th month and I remember seeing your pictures and how fabulous you looked (hence why I wrote I was jealous, I really am.. you looked great and I feel like a fat cow!). I didn't think they would bash you since they praised the other girl. That's the nature of a public message board I guess :/

that is so sad. just like everyone else said, though. they really ARE jealous or they wouldn't say that. i think you are beautiful. if only i could look like you at months 9 that would be HEAVEN! i was GINORM!!! my baby had nowhere to go and it messed up my stomach big time. so, enjoy your blessings. you're blessed with so much~ and you have the CUTEST kids to top it all off and are an amazing photographer. they're all just a little jealous:) sorry you had to go through that though. that must have been awkward reading all those things and having random blog lurkers coming across your cute family blog!

I'm one of Dawnell's friends from Utah- and have always been known as the "skinny" one wherever I go. It's fine, but it can get old. I don't think people understand that being told all the time to eat something is just as offensive as telling someone they could shed a few pounds.
That aside- I think you're perfect and beautiful and have a gorgeous family. If going private makes you feel more secure- DO IT. Otherwise, let's just hope that no more of the message board girls drop by!
*PS* Six foot? Really? That makes a lot of sense...I have a good friend in my ward that is 5'11" and barely shows when she's pregnant. The baby seems to like a vertical pose much better than a horizontal one!
I would selfishly ask that you don't go private because, in my experience, nobody who goes private ever invites the husbands (I guess the baby blogging is mostly a girl thing) and then I can't keep up with Beckett's buddies without logging in as Dawnell, which feels a little too weird.
Oh, and that baby bump message board was weird, so I wouldn't let anything they say bother you. I didn't even know places like that existed on the internet.

I'm also a friend of Dawnell's in Utah. I can't believe how rude people can be. I'm 35 weeks pregnant with my fourth boy right now and I'm 5'9" and I get the "you're too small" comment all the time. My babies just have more room, I guess. We're all different, everyone grows differently when they are pregnant and all those haters can just deal with it, you seem to cope with the negative comments well. I think you look beautiful pregnant and could totally model your prego belly, you have beautiful kids and they are healthy and happy, so that's all that matters!!

Whitney and I are good friends and she fills me in on the family. Just wanted to say you take beautiful pictures and I enjoy looking at them! And to all those girls who are incredibly jealous, they seriously need to mind their own business! Spying on someone's else's blog and then gossiping about them is just not right. I agree with one of the comments down below, women should support each other rather then pick each other apart.

WOW! That is really the funniest thing I've ever read! Hopefully those stupid comments didn't get to you. Everyone is just jealouse they can't eat a million burgers during their pregnancies and still look like you. You have no reason to appologize for the way your body works. I've seen it before. It's nothing new. My sister-in-law is the EXACT same way.
