Yeah its 2 in the morning.

I just got done making Quincey's Halloween costume.  She is going to be a flower.  I couldn't find anything small enough for the little punchkin, (pumpkin and munchkin mixed) so I made my own.  I'm proud.  I'm not a creative person.  I always have to copy to do anything cool,  but I came up with the design on my own.  WOW.  That's HUGE.  I'm not saying it's professional,  but I'm still proud.  I think its cute.

You will have to wait to see the finish product.  Hopefully by then you will have forgotten that I made it!  :)

I have been going through all of my pictures (over 18000 to be exact, I need to delete a ton,  but never have time to get to it.) because I was transferring them all into one place,  and I came across some fun ones from my favorite place.

Amish town Pennsylvania.

G and I took a trip while living in NY and it was a life long dream fulfilled.  I'm a bit obsessed.  I decided to edit some of them and blog them for a blast from the past.  These pictures were taken right after I got my first SLR and I had NO idea about manual shooting,  so these are just all lucky shots from the good 'ole auto.  Hey sometimes it works!

I am so homesick for the east coast right now since the fall is here and all my friends back there are taking awesome leave tours.  Wish I was there,  but I will have to live through my pictures.  Even though these weren't in the fall...

How cool are those buggies?  G and I drove around for hours trying to take pictures of them.  Check out the kids peering out the window...

Love the baby black long john hanging on the line.  Too cute.

This one was actually in williamsburg, but pretty none the less.

We stayed on an Amish farm,  and this was one of the cows.  He liked me I think.

Ah the covered bridges...  I made Greg drive through everyone of them on the map.

How radical is this field?  This is me frolicking in the radical field.  Radical.

There are many more but they must be saved for another time.

Check out my dear husband bringing home the bacon,  er, venison... is that what its called?  These are the pictures of him on his hunting trip a few weeks ago.  Check out the wound on the forehead.  Well worth it he says.

This is Greg and his awesome dad.  Love that guy.  He makes me laugh.  A lot.

Goodnight!

Wow, these are so beautiful, Erin! Do you have any up in your house? You should! I know I would!

We visited Amish country when I was in high school. I found these giant leaves they were drying in the rafters of a barn and took tons of pictures, until I noticed my step dad cracking up. He thought it was hilarious that a Mormon girl was obsessed with shooting the tobacco leaves! Oops.

Hey, I want a photo credit for that picture of you in the flower field. And that was in Gettysburg, PA, FYI folks, not Amish country. Lots of soldiers probably died on that field. spooky.

Come visit me and I'll take you back to Amish country. It's on my list of things I have to do while I live out here!
