Sleeping babies are the best. Check out how I found Quin the other night. SPREAD EAGLE!
She went in for her 6 month check up today. Even though she is 7 months old tomorrow. Oops. she weighs 13 lbs 6.5 oz. (5-10%) and 26 3/4 in long (75-90%). Long and skinny. Just like me.
Once again the doctor was concerned for her health...
Pretty sure those charts are a bunch of baloney though, Car weighed more at the exact same age and was a smaller percentile than Quin, AND he was taller with a smaller percentile... HMMMM. Now I'm no mathematician but I'm pretty sure that doesn't quite add up. Anyone else understand?
At least our new doctor didn't call the anorexic police on me. :) Now that is what I call an improvement.

After checking on Quin, I went in to make sure Car was doing ok. That particular night I found him like this:

He's been real into lining and stacking things lately.
He sure loves that little green purse though. He carries it around to stow his treasures in. As you can see by the pile of binkis, he has A LOT of treasures.

Hannah was always in the 90th for height, 5th-10th for weight. I didn't get much grief though. I just told my ped that she had tons of energy and seemed healthy enough to me. She's still a skinny, tall, wirey thing- doesn't get it from me!

oh erin. you're too sweet. you don't need to give me any credit. i love the way you edit pictures and really didn't think you needed ANY advice on editing, but if people ask, i tell. the vintage look is fun. i love all editing styles. i can never decide which way to edit my picture:) but so goes the life of a photoshop junkie. i think these pics look great. your funny kids crack me up. i've never found max in a weird sleeping position. i guess he's just boring!:)
i too think those dr. charts are a little messed up. max has always been "skinny" every apt past 6 months, but looking at him, he looked so "chubby" as a baby. i was always so confused by their charts. I say as long as they're growing, they're healthy!
i'll tell Barbara you said hi! I'm sure she'll give you access to her blog! She too has a little boy, and then a little girl about Quins age. It would be fun catching up with her.

T's the same way with her stats! We have her 9 month check up today, so we will see what her Doc says. I am hoping she creeps up to double digits for weight percentile, but I doubt it!! In our case however, I have no clue where she gets it from seeing that both of her folks don't really fit into the tall/skinny club!!
