A year does a lot to you when you are just a little guy. As I was going through pictures for Cars birthday I saw so many that I wanted to post side by side. So here they are... just for you mom! :)

This was his first "photo shoot". I had NO clue how to work a camera (as you can tell by the out of focus face...). Man I have learned a lot since then... not even the tip of the iceberg though I am sure.

BIRTHDAY COMPARISON
Well, he liked his hat a lot more this year. He actually wanted to wear it...
It's really too bad he ate it on the sidewalk on our walk home on Sunday though. Hence the red scab underneath his nose. Car sure knows how to plan those because he did the same thing the day before Quin was born..
And this was the only picture I had of us together from last year. I was fighting him to wear his party hat.

your pictures are just fabulous!! i've been outta town and outta the blogging world for a bit, but WOWZERS Car's cake is fabulous!! It turned out soooo good! You are a talented lady. I love the balloon pictures, too. That is adorable and made for some cute shots. I may have to try that for M's 3rd bday.
