Party Time
This little bugger turned the big 1 today!!!
Her momma threw her a beautiful backyard soiree, and she was nice enough to invite us.
The place was beautifully put together, just like a page out of a martha magazine. Wa Woo! You're doing my next birthday party Andrea! :)
It was so beautiful out, everyone spent lots of time lounging in the backyard chatting.
Andreas family:
There was swinging...
Carson took it upon himself to be the bread and chips distributor.
I turned my back for a second and there he was with a bowl full of bread dumped into "his" truck. (Actually the birthday girls new truck. She was kind enough to let Carson overtake it.)
Andrea was nice and just laughed about it. Then she told me he was passing it out to the guests.
The chips came next. Pretty sure he ate those by himself though.

The only hitch of the day was when the birthday girl decided that she was deathly afraid of the birthday cake.
She seemed just a tiny bit leary....
And then BAM.
Soo Funny...
Car didn't let the crying deter him from enjoying a cupcake of his own...
He even decided to take leaning over to a whole new level
Thanks for the party guys!! Much fun!
And a happy, happy birthday to the little one year old pumpkin...

What a cute girl! You know, my son was afraid of his cake (from scratch) on his 2nd birthday...wouldn't go near it! The only thing he would eat was a cookie from his Grandpa :)
