I had G snap some mommy daughter pictures today.  He did a great job.  I am never in the pictures, so I decided that I need to teach him the ropes of using my camera.

Quin is wearing her cute little church dress.  It was so fun to put tights on her and stuff.  It was her second week at church.

Quincey was a little fussy,  so we got what we could.

I tell you, this little gal is good to her mamma,  she has been sleeping through the night (well 7 hours of it) for the past week.  I feel SO much better now that I have a little bit of rest in me. She is 6 weeks old tomorrow can you believe it?

Carson here has decided that he loves my shoes.  Especially this pair.  He has been shuffling around the house in them for the last two days.  He even made Quincey try them on.  Except he shoved them in her face before he actually got around to putting them on her feet.

I couldn't get him to sit still for a picture, so I had to bribe him with a "teet" (granola bar).  As you can see, it is all over his face.  I had some in my hand when I snapped this picture, so he is sporting his new pouty face, trying to figure out how to get it from me.

In case you weren't sure:
Car is carrying Gregs allergy spray in his hand, which he proceeds to stick in his nose and sniff. He's been doing that one for a few months now.  But I still think it is pretty random and funny.

In other news:  Carson went to Nursery today at church.  He went last week too.  And LOVES it.  Loves it so much in fact that he doesn't even acknowledge our presence while there.   Apparently the leader decided to let Carson go early if one of us goes with him.  Why didn't she tell me that before? :)

Really I think she just felt bad because last week when Greg was in the hall with Car, he saw all the toys and ran up to the gate begging to get in.  Greg grabbed him and told him he couldn't go in for 2 more weeks.  I think when she saw him standing there with that longing look in his eyes she decided to take some pity.   Anyhow,  next week is his official first day.  Yahoo!

Well I think that is about it for now.

Night!

Those pictures are beautiful. And the one of your little boy with the granola on his face and standing in your shoes is hilarious! Oh, how I wish I could take better pictures!

Hi Erin:)! My name is Erin also. I am a friend of Tressa and McKenna...well they are cousins with my husband too:). I too am a tall girl,6'1", & used to be a bit skinnier! I think if you are that skinny & you carry your babies that well you are certainly blessed! Sorry you carry them in so far though, ouch! My neighbor is only 5'6" and she was as tiny as you & in lots of pain from carrying hers the same way! And besides that, tall girls can just eat more & get away with it!!! Your family is beautiful. And your pictures are amazing. Feel free to check out my sweet family too:).
