Its been a rough week.

Carson has had a cold for about a week,  no biggie.  That is until Wednesday when around 4 he broke out into a high fever.  Again,  not TOO big of a deal.  He has had them before, and it just makes him really tired and then he is done.  Not this one.  Car screamed all afternoon, and all through the night.  It was my first experience with a child induced sleepless night.  (Besides for nursing through the night of course,  which ended for Carson at around 2 months.)  With Car waking every few hours, and Quincey waking to eat the few that Carson happened to fall asleep,  I literally didn't get more than a wink.  Things continued like this through out Thursday, and I finally managed to get a few hours on Thursday night.  Maybe five.

I don't do well on little sleep.

Turns out Carson had an ear infection.  On Friday morning,  Car woke up looking like he had been punched in the eye.  Back to the doctor.  He has some sort of eye infection on top of it. Yuck.  Luckily the medicine kicked in and he was back to playing on Friday afternoon.  He still isn't himself, but he is doing much better. Phew!  It was not a fun few days.

I wonder where this all came from???  NURSERY perhaps?  I'm not sure I want him to go back!  :) JK  I didn't say that.

I didn't snap any pictures of him when he was laying around for hours on end,  but I did get my camera out once he started acting a little more normal.

Poor kid with his black eye and cotton in the ears.  At least he has Bunny to keep him happy. Ha Ha.  The kid still LOVES that thing.  He may just fall apart from washing before too long.

Gotta get ALL the toys out at once.  No fun any other way!

The little dude found my camera and knew just what to do with it.

Very fascinating indeed

THIS little peanut is doing good.  Besides being pretty high maintenance (does not want to be put down.  EVER.)  she is a good girl.  Poor thing is suffering from a Terrible case of baby acne.  Car never was so lucky.

Check out these toes.  They are finger toes just like mine.  Way to go QUIN!

And these are her fingers...

I need sleep.  Hopefully tonight.

I hate it when the kids get sick!! Sounds like it was pretty rough.

I had totally forgotten that I let you drive the mustang when you were only 15!! My dad would have killed me! What was I thinking...=)Still fun to remember, we always had a good time!

Pretty random dream... terrorists and being proposed to, too funny.

Erin, is that the camera that you take all your pictures with? It can't be! Your pictures are all so amazing, and I've always attributed it to specialized photography equipment, but I have that camera, too. I guess I fail as a mom in the picture department. :)

Name-- yeah, I can't believe you did that either. What WERE you thinking?!

Tress- like mother like son. Long tongues are cool. And I'm glad you wrote tongue or else I wouldn't know how to spell it. Comments need spell checker!

Carolyn- heck no that isn't the camera I use. Not possible at all! :) I have a cannon 5d that I use. Much easier to get cute pics with!
