I don't think I even have to tell you what that puddle carson is standing in is. What may need some explaining though is the fact that I took a picture instead of um, say, cleaning it up? ...let me know if you figure out the answer to that one.

Needless to say, the potty training has come to a screaming halt at our house. The kid doesn't want anything to do with it. Hates it would be putting it lightly. So, I will let it be for now. Maybe in a few weeks we will have to try again..

On a sweeter note, Greg and I are the proud new Aunt and Uncle to a new niece! Congrats D and A! Your little bundle is so sweet, and we can't wait till we get to meet her in person!!

OH man potty training is really no fun at all!!! I hope girls are easier then boys at it! With boys I think you just have to let them let you know when they are ready! It might not be for another year but oh well... there was a point I was so tired of washing peeded in unders that I put him back in pull ups and that was it... he didn't like that, so he decided it was better to go in the potty!

I'm happy to see that the mess is on a wood floor. Our messes were mostly on carpet. Ugh!

Good luck!

Erin, I always come to your blog to admire your photography skills, and I've recently taken it up as a new hobby and have realized just how terrible I am at it. Where/how did you learn to take such great photographs?

Carolyn-

I just learned how to shoot in Manual mode, and then I took constant pictures. It takes a while, but you will catch on.. That is about the only good advice I have. I never took any classes or anything.

I can't get on to your blog anymore... Want to invite me again?! :) pretty please?

I haven't updated my blog in months, and I don't have to tell you how busy it is being a mom of two young children! I mostly just update on Facebook (yes, I am one of the masses that has been sucked in by its ease of picture-posting). What kind of camera do you have? I just got a new p&s because I don't want to spend the dough on a DSLR until I feel like I have a better grasp on the basics - plus, I just KNOW that Connor would break a lens by finding its hiding spot and chucking it across the room!
