Usually on Sunday night, when the Sun is shinning and we have nothing better to do, we go out on a drive and try to find something new to explore. Usually when we get to a pretty place, I make everyone get out of the car, and I promptly subject them to as many pictures as I can possibly manage. Usually these are my favorite pictures, and end up being some of my favorite memories..
Last night did not disappoint.
I should thank my husband for being so willing to be my assistant on all of our "daily" "photo shoots". That must be real love. Especially because I usually end up yelling at him or something in the process... :) ("move him here", "get the rock out of her mouth", "try to make him do that again! Oh, and do it NOW!" ) Sorry babe. Your the best. Sorry for my photography obsession, although I may argue that you brought it on yourself, since you did buy me my camera... and after all, We both know that I really can't accept the blame for anything I do, that's just not right. Anyway, I Love you.
Here are the pictures from last night.
"Chicken dinner" as Carson so lovingly calls Quin is eating a rock. Carson doesn't seem to be making much sense of it at all. He recovered quickly though and a second later got her another rock to eat. "here chicken, here's a rock."

Carson was very proud of himself when he found a TREE!
The look on the left is his excited look. He makes this face while rocking back and forth on his legs, like those little waddling toys...

Greg took these. One again on the auto setting. What?? They turned out lovely. Not normal. Only some cropping and a little tweaking required... Thanks G!
Excuse my bad posture. I don't know what I was doing.

Have I mentioned that I'm obsessed with sun flare? Yeah I am. I like it a lot. ('course anything with the word flare in it is cool I suppose.)
P.S. Does anyone who looks at this blog have to scroll left and right to view the pictures? Or do all the pictures fit on your screen? Thanks bye.

Beautiful pictures, as always! I'm going to hit you up for photography lessons once we move up there :). Can't wait to see you all!
I also LOVE sun flare! It always adds a fun "flare" to a picture. These are such great pictures. You really are so talented!
Very much enjoy the frequent postings you've been doing lately. Photos are marvelous as usual. Yes, I scroll through the photos/blog. I don't think any of the blogs I follow fit on one page. Sun flare - I need much practice . . .
Pieces of flare in general are a good thing...
Pictures fit.
I was JUST telling Mike that I wanted to find this road! Funny. What I really need to find is some photography skills like yours! I'm game for some tips anytime, anyday!
P.S. We were at the Science Center yesterday and I have renewed confidence that I could possibly drive down there. It wasn't so bad!
All the pictures fit just fine without scrolling. And they are lovely!
How do you get sun flar? Super high exposure and low f stop? I am still so clueless!
I love your pics, and I see them fine without scrolling.
WOW, I love all of these pictures. Oh, I don't have to scroll right/left as it all fits nicely!
