We went over to the zoo in greenlake today with cousin Olivia and auntie Andrea.
We didn't realize they charged for parking so we had to wait in this long line to pay. This was taken after we were already halfway through it. Poor andrea actually got there on time and also had to wait for my slow butt to get there. Sorry again andrea!

I hardly took any pictures, but here are the three I snapped.
Car REALLY loved the snake. So much so that he threw a major fit when leaving it. And he also proved again that dirt is WAY more exciting than the animals. All he wanted to do the whole time was "be a bullbozer" with his hands... And he even got reprimanded in the goat petting zoo for kicking the gravel. Naughty boy huh? The goats were too scary to touch though. When andrea tried to show him how to pet them he said, "they scare me." All we could get was a quick swipe of the hand.

The best line of the day was when it started raining on us and I tried to tell Carson to get in his stroller so he wouldn't get wet. He ran away and said "it's not raining in my hat!" He sure told me.
Quincey was a really good girl the whole time. She didn't make ONE peep. She loves her animals I guess. Oh, and the constant flow of food that I gave her.
Olivia was really sweet the whole time too.
Check out this darling girl. Are those lips, nose, and cheeks just perfection or what? I just want to eat them up.
Thanks again for going guys. It was fun. Well, besides the rain! :) Here's to Seattle!

That first picture is sooo bad and funny.
Ohhh, that new pay to park thing is a pain. Here's a hint from me, a Zoo Member who frequents the Zoo almost weekly and lives 3 miles up the street: Park in the neighborhood across from the South entrance - right across 50th. All the neighbors are at work and there is actually a church building there with a kid-friendly play space (Sozo: http://www.sozoseattle.org/)
and cafe and no one minds if you park there - for FREE ;)
Glad you had fun!
