We carved pumpkins last night for family night. Carson has been dying to see the seeds inside our pumpkins, so we decided that he wait no more.
Problem was that when he saw them, he was really afraid of the darn things. Being the good parents that we are, we told him that he had to eat them. He didn't like that, and I think he kept his hands over his mouth for pretty much the rest of the night...
The two big pumpkins we had were not good enough for him. He wanted me to carve this itty bitty one that we had.
I put the spider headband on Quin for comparison with last year...
This upset Carson, and he stole it the first chance that he got.
Cool "dak dak a weens" (jackolanterns) huh?
As I have said before, Carson is really eating this whole Halloween thing up. Every day he says to me "it's halloween time mom!" and then proceeds to list all the cool things that come along with it. "and pumkins, and spiders, and costumes, and treats..."
This is how we went to costco today.

great halloween pic;s
you capture the greatest moments! I want to be just like you.
I really dig that C prefers to wear costumes over normal clothes. He is cool. I'm also glad that you and G told C he had to eat the scary pumpkin seeds!!! HAHAHAHA! I'm still taking notes (how to be a fun parent) from you two!
