I shouldn't be posting this tonight, since I already did that other post a few hours earlier... But what the hay! I like posts, and I am wild about videos apparently.

This was our Christmas tree decorating party for 2009. Very fun with two little chickies running around at our feet. Oh, except for the few broken ornaments.... but we will look over those.

Our video camera broke last week, so we got a new one on black Friday. A little flip one. Although it's not that brand. I LOVE IT! So tiny, so easy to use. 2 thumbs up, I say!

p.s. did you notice poor Quins black eye? Sad. First one for her, that I can remember.

p.p.s Don't you love our EMPTY living room?! At least it has a tree now!

That was so sweet. It was like watching a hallmark commercial. I love the new video cameras, so small. Mine is the size of a t.v.

Dan wants the flip. Which one did you end up getting?
I love the video. All I asked for Christmas from Dan was to edit all of ours. It's just his time right? :)

I got the kodak zi8. It's a tiny bit bigger, but it has removable memory cards which I like for on vacation and stuff, not just built in memory. There were a few other advantages, but I can't remember them now. The resolution is GREAT. Although you can't tell from these videos for some reason....? Looks HD on my computer. I definitely recommend a little one. We got one thanks to Dans advice! :) So easy to use, plug into the computer, and edit.. I think I have a new hobby.

Melissa-

This is my THIRD time potty training! :) Not brave! I had no idea what I was doing before so I just quit. This time I am staying at home, and making him go potty every 25 min. Then he gets a toy. Although he is not taking the toys. It has only been three days. We will see what happens. He is for sure more used to it. Sometimes he is still wet, or poopy, but I think he is getting the idea..

I love these movies, Erin. Suddenly a flip camera is on my Christmas list and since my husband loves making home movies on iLife I think he'll agree too as soon as I show him this.

Missy-

It is VERY addictive! :) They make such fun little memories!

I'm sure you know this, but you don't need a little camera to do it. Any video camera will work. But if you are going to get a little one, I would suggest checking out the kodak. It got great reviews, and I love it. The flips are great too though I'm sure!

I just stumbled across your blog and thought I'd say how much I enjoyed this video! I haven't been much in the spirit yet, but now I'm inspired to go on a hunt for a tree tomorrow (and then figure out how to keep my little one OUT of it...).
