Greg, Erin, Car and Quincey

I can't believe I am showing you this. You will now know how LOVELY I am before I beautify myself every morning (don't even think I had attempted brushing my hair yet. Oops)... You will also know how lovely our bedroom is, with it's STILL un-mounted tv, STILL undecorated walls, and STILL tagged candle holders... What can I say, I just haven't gotten around to all that... At least I painted it though, RIGHT?! :)
(I'm not one of those decorate EVERYTHING the second I move in type of girls... It takes me TIME)

So the kids new favorite hobby is playing on the bed. Quin screams until I lift up the covers and let her burrow around in there. And Car jumps around like a mad man, and loves making himself into cocoons... We have been playing here for a few hours, for the past few days... Good fun I tell ya. Good fun...

The movie is a tad cheesy, but it makes me smile..

I think the winter weather is starting to get to the kids. We are ALL feeling very cooped up...

This week I tried to take the kids out to do more than usual. One of our stops was the Children's Museum downtown. Why had I never been to this place?! Hours of fun. We will be going back soon. Perhaps even this coming week! :)

Quin was scared to go down the slide, Finally the boy in the red just stepped right around her and helped himself! You gotta do what you gotta do...

Quin loved the fish. She didn't want to leave that tank for a good five minutes.

There was one section all dedicated to digestion. You had to push buttons, and turn wheels to get it to work. When Car got to the "poo" one, he excitedly pushed the button, but was quickly appalled when he saw the little poo log through the glass window. "EWWW, YUCK!" He exclaimed.



The hands down favorite was the little grocery store. Well except that Quin kept trying to take the cart and run to other parts of the museum... That's her new thing. Taking off. Its fun.



Carson latched on to the fake fish. So much so that he even got yelled at by a fellow mom, when he took one out of her little girls cart. Sooo funny. I always find it amusing when adults forget that they are dealing with a two year old. I mean, come on lady, he wasn't trying to rob you! He just wanted the dang fish! :) Normally I scold him in this type of behavior, but her reaction was so stern that I almost wanted him to do it again, just so I could catch a repeat! So I simply pretended not to notice. (sweet of me eh?)

I don't know what his obsession is with all things aquatic, and alive... but it's funny, so I wholeheartedly support. What more could a mom hope for? :)

Anyone up for a trip to the museum?!
