HAPPY BIRTHDAY CARSON!!!!
We celebrated Cars 3rd Birthday today.
He doesn't actually turn the big 3 until the 23rd, but we have other things going on then, so today was the day.
When he woke up he came down to see this in the kitchen:
(notice the back pack, and thongs with socks. Found him sleeping like that last night.)
Here is the video of his first look:
I had to bribe him with m&m's to get him dressed and posed for these balloon shots... Worked like a charm. Those healthy treats are finally starting to loose a little luster... darn it.

my sculpting skills are definitely sub par, so the buzz and walle are a bit off. But it did the trick with Carson, and that's all I really care about... so I 'spose it was a success.
Finally blowing out the candle.
We made homemade pizza for dinner and he refused to eat any because he just wanted cake. I told him he had to either eat pizza or a cucumber and he chose the cucumber... hmmmm.
It was a good day.
Only bummer was that Quin was sick. Which is a whole other story. Also part of the reason I have been MIA for so long. Maybe I will get to that in the next few days...

ok, the cake is gorgeous (of course.) but the woody?! he's insane! how you sculpted that so perfectly is beyond me girl. it looks fantastic. i'm sure he was so thrilled. happy birthday carson!

wow, ok, where did you learn to make cake like that?! that's amazing! i would probably refuse to anything except cake if that were MY birthday cake as well.

Everything looks perfect! The video is so presh...he says "thank you" first! LOL at bribing him w/M&Ms to take photos. Wait until he is 8...the bribes get bigger with time!
So adorable! The pics turned out great and I love the video. Olivia totally started talking to the screen when I played it. She adores her cousins :). That cake was seriously impressive. I still can't believe how you sculpted Woody and Wall-e.
