Greg, Erin, Car and Quincey

Well quins third birthday is on Thursday, but we are going to be otherwise engaged, so we celebrated early!

On Sunday we had the WHOLE family over for dinner (thanks mom for cooking it) and cake.

She is SO excited to be three. And she is quite the rascal. I was hoping three would bring some mellowness, but that does not exist with this little girl...

She loves to have her hair curled and lipstick on, so I obliged...



I wasn't going to make a cake or anything. I was going to take the easy road and buy a princess cake from the local market that she LOVES. BUT, she then informed me that she needed a snow white cake... I decided I could do that pretty easily, and had a pretty picture in my mind, but unfortunately things went awry and it turned out AWFUL!!!! :) It all collapsed and fell apart. Oh well, you win some, you lose some, right?!

The apple cake balls turned out cute though, and she really liked them. She really liked the ugly cake too though, so I guess all was well! haha.



Quin is all about the attention, and as soon as everyone started singing to her she couldn't hide her delight. It was too cute.



She promptly took her piece of cake, and plopped down at this little table away from everyone, and enjoyed.... She takes her cake very seriously.



The night was so great and I was so happy that my family could all be there. We also did a pinata, but I videoed those festivities.

And for the reason I don't feel like making cakes or doing anything fun:
